Most corporate, wedding, and concert productions are booked 6–12 weeks out, but we regularly accommodate last-minute requests — including same-week bookings — when our calendar allows. Holiday season (Nov–Feb) and Q2 conference season fill earliest, so reach out as soon as you have a confirmed date.
Yes — we serve all 50 states. Travel, lodging, and per-diem are itemized transparently in your quote, and for projects more than ~500 miles from Davenport we coordinate freight or rent comparable gear locally to keep your logistics costs reasonable.
Absolutely. Dry-hire pickup is available for most categories. We provide setup documentation, free phone support during your event, and a 24-hour grace return window. A small refundable damage deposit applies.

Yes — we carry $2M general liability plus equipment and auto coverage. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or organization as additional insured, usually within one business day.

For productions over $5,000 we typically structure a 50% retainer to lock the date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Larger multi-event contracts can be billed monthly or per-show.
